That's why, most beauty brands offer us so many products with so many different functions to so many different skin types..
Unfortunately, there are so few girls who have that dreamt skin.. In fact, we all have flaws that hinder us from getting that innocent yet fabulous looking skin, right? That's why, nowadays girls give that attention more to makeup to improve their look..
Sadly, All Of Those Makeup Are Totally Useless, if you don't change your bad habit, and other things which are bad for your skin..
All you need are to have that awareness of these things..
1. POO / defecate
Looks so trivial, but this is one of the most important things to do!
Take care of your skin and invest on skincare product is important too, you might not notice any changes from skincare and good habits very fast as it’s not a magic or miracle potion. All these takes time and effort to see result. Better start looking after your skin when you’re young, else you’re going to regret it as you grow older. - Breakfast can helps you to push all the feces down..So, Eat your breakfast properly!
- You can also massage your stomach to stimulate your intestine..
2. Wash your face before you sleep
- Skin will renew itself at night.. That's why, ignoring a dirty, oily, and covered with makeup skin to sleep, is a big mistake..
- Washing your face before sleep also help your blood circulation, which provides you a better sleep quality
- Use a cleansing scrub to removes dead skin from your pores.. Our skin will be totally renewed in 28 - 30 days (girls, good for you that you can use your period cycle for your standard)..
3. Only use cosmetics that match you skin type
- Every products have different nutrition for different skin types.. Like products with more moisturizer will suits people with dry skin type better than the oily skin type.. Or like yourself, if you have an allergic in seafood, will you eat fish? No right, so do your skin.. Treat your skin well guys..
- This helps you to believe that you're beautiful the way you are.. The more you think that you're beautiful, the prettier you will be ;)
