Review: Look At My Eyes Pearl Shadow Base

 I never thought that eye primer will help shadows to shown that much, until i get this as a present from my friend and tried it on today..

 It comes in a simple packaging but still simply cute for me

and as you can see it looks so glittery and fancy and doesn't look like 'base' at all

it looks more like cream shimmery shadow

 kind of champagne peachy pale color which i love

 Look at that couple nails.. they're getting married (ignore this)

but, the color matches my un-glamour nails

 Here's the swatch with flash

 and this one without

 DODONG!! SEE?? it helps shadows to show a lot.. 

and the shimmer it contains doesn't make any matte color shimmery

Or it actually does a bit? but i don't really care for now..

This is amazing.. Look at how popped the color now?

I totally love this primer.. but i also want to try a matte primer.. so it won't affect my shadows' color

What I Like From This Eye Primer:

• Creamy consistency
• Easy to blend
• Multifunction (highlighting and base)
• Pretty color
• Simple and carry-able

What I Do Not Like From This Eye Primer: 

Nothing, until my naughty hand tried to pull the base out from the plastic container cause they don't fit each other perfectly.. and the base FELL OUT..

But it won't be a problem if you keep your hand calm.. ;)

 it also has glue to stick the container with the base, so no need to worry if yours fell out too

Review: ETUDE House's Moistful Collagen Cream and Essence

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MOISTURIZER.. starts from today <3

Guess what? My Moistful Collagen Cream and Essence delivered safely today and i am so impressed with this two products..

This is actually not the first time I use the Collagen Cream, I have tried it using the free sample sizes I got..

But that time, I haven't realize how my skin needs to be hydrated.. 

 I feel deceived at first cause I thought the essence was bigger than what it comes.. but that's ok since it's free

  Look at how small my babies are.. well, I still thought they should be bigger than this..

See how small the cream is.. It actually contains 60ml of products which can be use up to 12 months

SO SMALL!! It only contains 20ml since it's free (it says or i say) and can also use up to 12months sepends on when you first open it..

I use the essence after I clean my face and before I apply the cream.. If you wanna use toner, then I suggest and prefer to use the toner before the essence cause the toner will wiped all the essence if you apply it after but that's up to you since some other bloggers do their toner after the essence :D

I still can't say much about these baby, but so far I have fallen for them and like them much..
Cause these babies absorb really quick and well, and also smell like nature and not perfumed which I really like..

Oh, and they do make my skin feels sticky at first but after they are fully absorbed, I can find my skin is way more smoother than before..

I don't know if it is because my lack care of my skin.. so it absorb really quick and well.. No one knows but I guess so.. :D

Review: THE FACE SHOP's The Smim Moisturizer

Hey lovelies..

Before I start, I would like to apologize to you all of my readers, I got really busy lately and cause me lack of time to post something.. and i feel really sorry for that..

Besides I got busy, tired, lack of sleep and else.. My skin also got tired of the owner 'ME'.. It dried itself when actually my skin is pretty oily.. I got a lil' bit panic and thankfully it doesn't cause any breakouts..HAHA

But now i come with a bright solution for myself that i wanna share with you... After I got panic I started to search anything that can helps my skin for some more days and there i found 2 sample sizes moisturizer which i got for free from THEFACESHOP.. <3

 

I realize now how important it is to always keep every sample size products that I got in my drawer..

The sample size comes in a really cute packaging as you can see.. it's out of the box..

This is the normal size..

But it also comes in a medium size packaging if i wasn't wrong.. or maybe it is the old packaging.. i don't know but that one i saw comes with a super normal and non eye-catching package..

Here's the review..

What I Like From This Moisturizer:

• Moisturizes (of course)
• Smells like soda
• Doesn't cause breakouts
• Cute packaging
• Natural ingredients (as what THEFACESHOP always says bout their products)
• Glowy and dewy finish
• Easy to apply (gel but more to liquid type)
• Cool feeling right after you apply (cool not minty)

What I Don't Like From This Moisturizer:

• Nothing. But if you apply too much, you know what will happen right?

I would like to order the full size later, cause I have ordered ETUDE House's Moistful Collagen Cream, which you will read bout the review soon..

Review: ETUDE House's Juicy Cocktail Nail in Screw Driver

  "Your nails are the reflection of Yourself"

Have you ever seen a people with dirty and un-cared nails? Don't you think they're disgusting and ugly?

       Well, like what people say
                                 "Good shoes bring you to a good place"...
                                                           So do pretty nails.. they bring you to a pretty place..

That's why, since i want all girls to arrived in such pretty place, I decided to do a nail lacquer post..

Actually this suits more for summer, but you can also use it for fall and autumn..

 

As you can see each pack contains 3 colors, which you can use alone for each color.. :D

Juicy Cocktail Gradation Nails from ETUDE comes in various colors..Mine is the number 1, Screw Driver

 

There are some new colors come out lately.. I like all the new colors..

But, mine are also pretty.. here's the swatches..

The first color is a kind of peachy orange color which i really love.. You have to apply two coats to make this color more vivid, but one coat produces more natural color..

The second color is mostly transparent orange with less glitters in it.. Apply this color only to half or 2/3 part of your upper nails.. One coat is enough

Last color is an energizing orange.. with more glitters in it.. One coat for this color is enough or you will make it looks harsh

Result with one coat for each color..

Good and pretty color for summer, fall, and autumn.. 

It matches floral printed clothes too.. <3<3<3

Here's the result for two coats each.. super vivid and full of energy color..

You know.. orange color can give more energy to it's user.. and also, this nail lacquer is sooo long lasting that you don't need to do your nails every other day.. Simple way to be more pretty..

Review: ETUDE House Drawing Show Brush Liner & PROOF 10 Auto Pencil

Live has been so hard and frustrating for me lately.. And i haven't post anything since 10 July..

It is really a long time i think for a blogger not post things for 3 weeks maybe? nearly a month..

TADAA.. here's my new review..

I have been using eyeliner pretty much lately.. and i have 2 favorite liners with me.. both from ETUDE House..

I first bought the Drawing Show Brush Liner in Black, but i found it can't be use for thighlining myupper waterline.. do i bought me a pencil liner 'Proof 10 Auto Pencil' for thighlining my waterline, but again i found this one is not as good and bold as the brush liner for lining my eyes.

PROOF 10 AUTO PENCIL (BK002)

This pencil liner contains glitter in it.. which I don't really mind.. i don't like it, nor dislike it..

What I like from this Pencil Liner:

• Soft texture
• Comes with a sharpener
• Easy to use and bring-able
• Waterproof
• Can be use for 36 months from the very first time opened to expired
• Best liner for thighlining 
• Perfect consistency and boldness for thighlining

What I do not like from this Pencil Liner:

• Not smudge and oil proof
• Doesn't have a bold color when applied on eyelid

My Thought:
Perfect liner for thighlining, but for lining my eyes, i prefer gel or liquid liner better.. I also still don't know why the color consistency seems lessen compared to when it is used for thighlining. Beside that, i think this one will be more natural for an everyday eyelid liner use, for the consistency isn't too bold, but if you have an oily lid or you rub your eyes frequently, this liner may not suits you..
              I will buy this again in different color (maybe the one without glitter) after i finish mine.

DRAWING SHOW BRUSH LINER (BK801)

I bought this when it only has one choice of color only.., but if it has more choices, i will definitely pick the black one tho.. hehe
This liner is actually same as liquid liner, but this one comes with a tipped brush pen..

What I like from this Brush Liner:

• Bold color
• Waterproof
• Easy to remove (it will all gone with just a drop of water and a gently rub)
• Easy to set up the thickness you want
• Oil-proof
• Can be used for a nail art pen too if you don't like it for your eyes

What I do not like from this Brush Liner

• 6 months usage only
• Too easy to remove

My Thoughts:
I would like to try another liner, that isn't too easy to remove.. or maybe i'll move to gel liner for awhile since i think gel liner is more easy to use. Since gel liner uses brush to apply, and i love drawing, and painting (if this makes sense)..

What's your favorite eye liner guys?? You can suggest me what liner to buy next, and i will definitely try it.. :)

Review: ETUDE House's Dream On Loose Powder

Loose powder is so perfect for people with combination and oily skin, since it helps to absorb excess oil from your face.

It ends up really natural too for daily look and doesn't cake up throughout the day if you use it in the right way, if you haven't know how to use it right, than you can read my 'how to..' post here ;)

I have been enjoying my loose powder from ETUDE House for quite long time..

Actually this product has been discontinued for short term, and came back because of customers' demand are too much over this product..

Oh, and I currently using the second shade.. which match people with yellowish beige skin tone color..

I have the first shade also as a give from my mom, but the color really doesn't match me.. and makes my face looks so pale, maybe this color will match people with pinkish white skin color..

Maybe my mom thought I have a super white skin like fairies'.. that was sweet, but a big no for real life. LOL.

See that 'oil absorbing finish'? Well, it doesn't cover up flaws but it smoothen your skin and i actually rarely or even never use their super cute and soft puff

The left one is the Light Beige one, and right is the Apricot Beige
Left one is super light color.. Right one is better on my skin..

Apricot Beige color with flash, looks like creamy white color..

 

Appricot Beige color without flash, looks like sand color? oh you can say that by yourself

Light Beige color without flash.. looks a lil bit pink there.. and nearly the same as the appricot beige color with flash..

You know how my face look so dead after using the light beige one hahaha

What I Like From This Loose Powder:

• Absorb oil
• Comes in 2 shades
• Cute packaging as always
• Smells nice
• Soft Puff included
• Has a kind of divider with holes to control how much products you wanna use
• Makes your face feels soft

What I Do Not Like From This Loose Powder:

• Wrong usage will makes your face looks weird throughout the day..

My Thoughts:
Try another product.. Still don't know what to try, but i just want to try as many products as I can.. I don't dislike this product either.. I just want to try another product.. but maybe I will buy an extra if this product will be discontinued again..

Oh and I think this product last about one year like other loose powder counted after you first opened the packaging. It doesn't say anything on it's box..

Review: Victoria's Secret Hand and Body Cream

Hey guys.. it has been a long time since my last review.. How are you all doing?? Good? I hope so.. I have a pretty good and quality time life lately, as you can read about my field trip post.. hehe.. actually i went to 2 places each for 1 day, but i haven't write any about the last trip.. forgive my laziness..

And I'm so happy today, that my mom bought me a hand and body cream from victoria's secret.. I never dreamt of owning any victoria's secret product even inside my heart I really want to try their products..

The thing that you have to know before is that I am not that kind of 'body care' girl, I just put on lotion or moisturizer sometimes when it feels so dry and start being scaly, especially my legs..

That's why when I first received this hand and body cream.. I mumbled 'O my gosh what a waste of money bought me this thing.. You know I won't use it' but after i took a look, and found the Victoria's Secret sign.. I said this out loud 'Wah is this really from Victoria's Secret? Walao this smells really nice leh.. Thank you so much! I love you mom! I will try this out tonight'

And I think I will be that kind of body care girl with this Victoria's Secret Hand and body Cream <3

I got the Love Spell one, see the Ultra Moisturizing claim?? Well, my mom knows me so well ;)

As you can see it comes with a shimmery purple tube with a golden cap.. super fabulous..

It says : Condition and soften skin with ultra moisturizing ingredients from a Secret Garden, like Avocado, Sweet Almond, and Calendula Oils. This deeply emollient , sensuously scented cream is perfect for anywhere skin needs extra pampering like hands or knees.

What I love from this Hand and Body Cream : 

• Simple but glamorous packaging design 
• Smells really nice (contains perfume) which stands out about 1 hour and last for quite long time
• Really really ultra moisturizing like what it claims
• Doesn't feel like you're using any body care product (doesn't feel sticky and else)
• ELIMINATE scaly skin like magic (don't ask me how but this is real!)
• Soften your skin / Makes your skin feels like baby skin
• Contains some natural ingredients from their Secret Garden
• I LOVE EVERYTHING IT HAS

What I do not like from this Hand and Body Cream :

• Nothing.. Really..

My Thoughts : 

I will ask my brothers to buy me this products when they come home later, or I will buy this when I go there later.. I really will.. I can't wait to try the other.. ^,^

They are all Ultra moisturizing I think..

I swear you this is not my sudden emotion or anything.. I am really pleased and satisfied with this product..

This product is such a BOMB and definitely will be one of my June Favorites, stay tuned to meet this Victoria's Secret product again soon..

Review: ETUDE House's Surpise Stick Concealer

HEY YOU!! What's up girls?

You know that black and blue bruise in your heart can't be covered by a fake smile.. cause your eyes are yelling and show it.. But, there's an important thing that CONCEALER can helps you to hide your black and blue (panda) eyes.. and makes you look more fresh! The more fresh you look, the more fresh you are, the more happy your heart will be #nevermindwiththeincorrespondentoppening

To whoever people who invented concealer.. I thanked you super duper much.. Love yaaa..

Why? Because, panda eyes add more ages to your face,but concealer can cover them up and makes you look way more younger, fresh and flawless. You can even wear concealer alone just to cover your blemishes and dark under eyes circle when you don't have any intention to put on makeup. With just putting it on, you actually already got that natural, flawless, and fresh look.

So, that's why choosing a best concealer is a must for me.. it would be great if the concealer has a good coverage yet match your skin color, doesn't caked through the day, and also moisturize your skin.

And, my favorite concealer until this day is the Surpise Stick Concealer from ETUDE House (actually I only own one concealer :P, no other choice)..

• Medium to high coverage (depends on how bold the blemishes you need to cover)
• Moisturize your skin
• Smells good.. Well I think all ETUDE House's products always have that good smell
• Absolutely affordable
• Useful 
• Easy to blend

What I do not like from this Concealer :

• Doesn't stay throughout the day.. it fades of it's place [FATAL]
• Caked softly throughout the day especially on dark circle area (but it won't be seen if you don't zoom your face to someone's face)

My Thoughts :
I do pretty love this product.. but I still want to try out other concealers just to find the one that suits me super well. I don't say this stick concealer doesn't suit me but we're human right and we (me actually) never easily satisfied huahaha. #ignoremyevillaugh

My makeup and skincare motto:
'Try as many products as you can, then choose the one that suits you the most'

My shopping motto:
'Read as many reviews as you can,or you'll end up damned by the product(s) you purchased'

Just combine them :
'Read as many review as you can, then try products that have more possitive reviews and choose the one from them that suits you the most' XD

Here are some extras for my lovely readers and followers [Three ways to use concealer and BB cream]..

  1. Apply Concealer first then BB Cream for a flawless look
  2. Apply BB Cream then Concealer for natural look
  3. Mix both BB cream and Concealer (should be liquid concealer) for a flawless, natural and dollish look

And remember guys.. if you are going to put on some concealer under your eyes.. do blend it down, never ever concentrate it exactly just under your eyes area..

Review: ETUDE House's Black Head Heating Deep Clean Gel

Hi guys.. I have told you on my last last post that I'm on my way to the school holiday.. and I think it's good to keep myself busy with things that I can't be busy with when my school starts again.

I don't know if it's me only or others too who think school's holiday comes really really slow as hell, but school kills them and reopens so quick as hell i can't tell.. :')

Ok, in my opinion being busy is great, that I won't be annoyed by things that's not important.

Anyway, in today's post I'll make a quick review for the ETUDE House's Black Head Heating Deep Clean Gel Ghassoul Clay.

Comes in an ordinary tube

 This product last for 12 months counted from the very first time you opened the packaging..

I first think that this product will at least decrease my blackheads amount, and i was really excited to buy and try this product out without do any research and read any review. I am pretty damned because of my sudden excitement.

It says : Scrub out blackheads after dissolving them with oil.

[Directions] 1. Apply little amount on nose after face wash. 2. Gently massage evenly on forehead, nose, and neck area. 3. Wait for 1 minute while gel transforms into oil, then massage again. 4. Wash of with warm water to finish.

It looks so simple to remove all of the blackheads from your face.. but, it's not as it seen.. 

Remember that blackheads will always be in your pores as long as your skin produces oil and in case it's getting better, there will be still some stuck in your pores.. I'm not being any pessimistic, it's fact.. 

This product comes in a gel texture like it says, when you massage the gel, it will heated up and helps to open your pores and after you wait, it really transforms into oil texture. The gel itself contains scrubs that may help  you massage and remove the blackheads.. but it doesn't do any deep clean.. it just cleans the upper part ..

So, what I can say from my experience is that the name Heating Deep Clean Gel, does it works except for the Deep Clean one.. :)

What I like from this Heating Deep Clean Gel :

• Smells like an orange soda
• Heated well
• At least disguise blackheads
• Soften my skin as the scrubs may remove dead skin

What I do not like from this Heaiting Deep Clean Gel :

• Doesn't deep clean my pores
• Scrubs a lil' bit to rough and big
• Makes your breathe hot too (?) < this happens to me
• Hard to squeeze packaging 

My Thoughts :
NO, I won't repurchase this thing.. I think it would be better just to use strips or else.. since this product costs more money but don't do more than what strips do.. Or maybe I'll search for another product with a better result.

Lesson : Do some research and read some reviews before buying something.. A sudden excitement might  be bad..

Review: ETUDE House's Baby Choux Base

Hi people.. I would like to say that life has been pretty hard for me lately, but I'm so done with allowing myself to feel that way. :)

So, today, I'm going share my happiness to you..and decided to write a new wonderful and fun review!

I have been wanted this primer and base makeup from the ETUDE House's Sweet Recipe line from their first lunched in Korea, and I finally got mine about 3 months ago.. I bet you all have known that all of the products from Sweet Recipe line look so cute and nice.. and because I'm such a super big fan of base makeup.. I decided to buy the Baby Choux Base.. (actually I want to buy all products from this line but I need more time to collect my own money, because I don't want to burden my parents for things that I love.. what a poor fact, that I'm still a student)

OK but this product is not poor at all!!

Got mine in shade No.1 mint choux

Makeup base and primer in 3 shades

As you have seen.. they come in 3 shades
   #1. Mint Choux- A kind of corrective makeup base which is good for people with reddish skin. It helps tone down the redness.
   #2. Berry Choux- A kind of brightening makeup base for people with dull and pale skin tone. Helps you to get a more alive and fresh everyday skin.
   #3. Peach Choux- A makeup base for people with yellowish skin tone or even darker.

The texture is really great.. It provides you a creamy eclairs' cream.

 

Last for 18 months counted from the very first time you opened the packaging

It may looks a lil' bit too white or makes your skin pale after applying it (I'm talking about the Mint Choux that I have), but after it is oxidized, it looks like you don't wear anything, and it gives you a powdery matte finish.. which makes your skin so soft, and gives you a glowy, dewy yet matte finished look..

What I like from this Makeup Base and Primer:

• Thick frosted glass container which is so cute
• SPF 25++, good for summer.. and we can wear this alone without any other creams
• Super smooth, matte and powdery finish
• Easy to blend
• Creamy but super smooth texture
• Smells so good.. I can't tell.. smells like baby I think
• Brighten up your skin
• Oxidizes really well yet quick
• Makes your skin looks healthier since i gives you a glowy and dewy yet matte finished look
• The base and smell of this product lasts long 
• Comes with a spatula for a more hygienic using

What I do not like from this Makeup Base and Primer:

• err.. let me think.. why?? why I do not have anything I do not like from this product?? Well, If I can say.. I would like to get this product in a pumped tube, but I want it to be as cute as the frosted glass jar packaging one.. please ETUDE please.. since a pumped tube is more handy, hygienic and easy to bring.. ;;) 

My thoughts:
This product is a must try!!
I am so in love with this product.. especially for the powdery finish touch.. it makes your skin feels soft as I can't say.. *speechless*
